Products and pricing

We try to show our products and prices accurately. Colours may look different on your screen. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct errors in pricing or product information and cancel affected orders, refunding you in full.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent or that exceed the quantity a household would reasonably buy. If we cancel your order we will refund you in full.

Product use

PureStick products are personal hygiene items, not medical devices or treatments. Nothing on this site is dental or medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Speak to a dentist about dental problems. Stop using a product and contact a professional if you have an adverse reaction.

Intellectual property

The PureStick name, logo, text and images on this site are ours and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
