Shipping Policy

Where we ship

PureStick ships within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend are processed the following business day.

Delivery time and cost

Standard shipping usually arrives 5 to 9 business days after processing. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with a tracking link once your parcel ships. If tracking has not updated after 5 business days, email us and we will look into it.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address; you cover the reshipping cost.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email purestick@purestick.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full.
