Refund Policy

30-day returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are unopened and in their original packaging.

Miswak sticks, toothbrushes and tongue cleaners are personal hygiene products. Once opened or used they cannot be returned, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Email purestick@purestick.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the item back.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and what you would like to return. If the return is approved we will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return we will refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Depending on your bank it can take a few more days for the refund to appear.

Cancellations

Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If your order has not shipped yet we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, the return process above applies.
